Review: On Oct 4, 2015 I purchased from Dynamite Tool Co the Fein Turbo II Wet/Dry shop vac set with the permanent fleece filter and other accessories for a total cost of $799.02. The permanent fleece filter eliminates the need for using costly vacuum bags however this filter and/or shop vac has a serious design issue. When using this permanent fleece filter, it does not fully seal when placed into the vac. The narrow plastic rim of the filter does not fully seal on one side of the vac leaving a crack exposed. When vacuuming, dirt/debris from the storage area escape through this crack on to the top of the filter/vacuum housing and clog up the $100 HEPA filter. Thinking I may have had a defective fleece filter, I purchased an additional fleece filter from Dynamite Tool Co (as I was outside the 15 day return period) at a cost of $76.09. This fleece filter had the same issue. I exchanged this filter with Dynamite Tool Co within the 15 day return period and they sent me a third filter at no cost. This fleece filter again had the same issue. With first use, they seem OK (not 100% certain) but repeated uses; they do not seal between the vacuum tank and head unit.

This current model vacuum (squared design) has a serious design issue that is not shared with the previous Fein (round design) vacuums; the fleece filter does a great job in sealing off the storage tank from the head unit and does not clog the HEPA filter.

This design flaw is particularly troublesome when vacuuming fine particles such as dust and drywall particles in which the HEPA filter is complexly clogged.Desired Settlement: I would like one of the two following outcomes in the preferred order:

A - I would like the design flaw with the permanent fleece filter rectified. This can probably be accomplished by extending the margins of the fleece filter plastic rim so that when the head unit is placed onto the vac; no crack between the storage tank and head unit exists. I would like to be sent two (2) of these redesigned filters. I would also like my HEPA filter replaced. Until this can be accomplished by the company, I'd like to be sent vacuum bags at no cost.

B - A total refund of the vacuum and accessories amounting to $875.11 and prepaid shipping cartons to return everything.
