weeks to clear them out if done manually. We apologize for the delay in response as this is the 1st we have been made aware of the complaint in our Corporate offices located in Palmetto Florida. You mailed a letter to our Regional office. [redacted] is our valid email address. Did the customer state they emailed or called us [redacted] to be removed? We apologize for their frustrations.

Review: My family is a reoccuring customer with Feld Entertainment. We recently purchased 11 tickets to their, "Built to Amaze," performance, with Ringling Brothers and Barnimum Bailey Circus. We were dissatisfied of the performance due to performers "marking," or not completing the mirrored tumbling skills that were obviously coreographed, animals missing from the performance, and additional elephant, standing next to the orchestra, in the dark. there was also a scene with poodles with each others faces in the other poodles back end, deemed inappropriate for a family setting. Additional performers visually exhibiting a shoulder injury, and almost falling due to a jump rope mishap. For all of these reasons, we felt that the performance did not stand up to Feld Entertainments "excllence in performance, product and service." This is directly quoted on their Quality Assurance card given to all spectators. This Card reads, " We Are All Ears! We hope your experience with us reveals our excellence in performance, product and service. We are so confident in our products that we guarantee your purchase for two years." Upon calling the customer service representative, I cited my name the many performances that we have attended. Her tone was not genuine, and she stated that she wrote the complaint down, however failed to remember my name, which was cited at the begining of the compliment. It is my impression that there was no complaint log wrote, and my feed back was not valued as cited on their comment card as well. I was not provided with a complaint reference number, or any validation of the report. Usually CSR representatives will repeate back the reported issue/claim in regaurds to accuracy. This was not done as she didnt remember my name.Desired Settlement: We are not expecting a refund. We are expecting an appology for the lack of performance, and the manner in which we recived customer service. As this company urges its consumers to reach out to them, we were not satisfied with the service. To provide proof that Feld Entertainment appreciates their customers, we suggest sending a cupon that provides a deep discount for future performances; more then the 20% offered at the local sponsoring company i.e. [redacted]

Review: Paid $240 for 4 tix to Disney on ice in providence this winter. There was snowstorm- they did not cancel because performers already in providence. We tried to go to show but turned around on highway due to snow. They offered tix to next day but we already had other plans. I feel as though they have stolen my money. Review of their Facebook page demonstrates plenty of other people who have complained of similar treatment in case of inclement weatherDesired Settlement: We had requested refund but they refused. Would prefer that but also accept tickets to another show in providence

Our Customer Relations department has spent a great deal of time working with this customer since the date of the snowstorm referenced in his complaint, to accomodate his request for an alternative performance date at the venue he requested. The Feld employee who corresponded with him via email is out of the office and will return next week, and we will respond more fully on her return. Thank you.
