Feldman Real Estate, Inc. is an unfair and unjust company. I lived at the residence for over four years. I paid my rent on time and have never had an issue with the company. I was misled in the beginning from the previous company that I did not have to pay a certain portion of some months rents because the building had bedbugs and that company did not tell me. Once Feldman took over they did not care about all the money that I had to dish out to clean out the bedbugs and the purchasing of more furniture and additional items for my apartment. Feldman simply stated that I owed about $300 or so. After several voicemails and no response except by a letter that was left in the hallway to make the payment. I paid the amount right away but still no response. I moved out on 09/06/14 and Feldman was aware of the delay due to my home loan closing in writing and verbally. I was told over the phone that I would receive my $830.00 security deposit back but they lied and sent me a check for $142.50 and took the rest for September rent for $687.50. I super cleaned the apartment and even got the carpet cleaned for $90.00. Feldman even called me personally to thank me for being the only tenant that has done that since they took over which has been for over two years now. Other tenants have not paid rent for more than a year and left the apartments a mess but not me. Now I know why this business is not Revdex.com Accredited. I would recommend that you never do business with this company they will screw you and never return your call like they did me and I was a great tenant!!! I am going to file a complaint against this company because they should have pro rated the rent for 6 days like they told me over the phone but the person told me because I did such a great job on the clean up I would get my full deposit back. Now they ignore my phone calls and letters.
