An employee of Ferguson Interior who worked on the project, has offered to explain what happened and supports our viewOther than the Initial Design we mainly worked with this person and again she has offered an affidavit of the Accounts supporting our ComplaintAs far as Felicia Ferguson Interiors "Inspecting every project", that is completely falseAs far as "Contractor's walking off jobs" - it was only the painter, who Felicia Ferguson fired over the phone and I had to ask to stay so the project would stay on timeThe biggest problem - the Garage Doors - I have People from ** *** willing to speak on my behalf how they lay the blame on the DesignerHow the only calls I had with them were Cordial and Professional I am willing to produce name and numbers of all Contractor's to share their side
Regardless of all of the above, The Contract did not specify markup of product's, of which the Mark-Up's were chosen at random to give us a even balance after Escrow
