Review: 11/1/2013, I entered into a written contract with [redacted] to prepare (back) taxes. She was paid in full $550 with a cashier's check. She stated that all years of taxes would be completed in approximately 2 weeks. She stated that taxed were completed as of 11/18/13 and that all forms (and w2's) would be mailed on 11/19/13. I did not receive anything and finally after on going excuses, [redacted] stated on 12/18/13 that she would return the entire $550 fee. On 1/4/14 I received my w2's back - with nothing filed/completed. I have not received my $550 fee as agreed to date.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the entire $550 be returned. It appears to be highly unlikely that any work was done on my behalf as contracted.
