peeling off in spots. told him no problem we would take care of it. at my expense went back to [redacted] got two 3 gal. buckets of 10x restore. which is the product we use to redo cool decks with. Did not Know at that time he and family are outdoors people, meaning dragging rafts ,Boats ,trash cans ect. across the deck to go camping. Not good for any surface.   All parts installed by us carry a one (1) year warranty. Labor does not carry any warranty.
