Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.- I eventually received a $refund check that was mailed out a full weeks past the allowed refund time in California (see link below)I have proof of when the check was mailed outThe original deposit amount was $1000.- I do not agree with the assessed charges and withholding of $of the depositIf this amount ($695) is not refunded by November I will file a small claims case to recover the remainder of the depositI will also request that the court fine the defendant for violating California law regarding refund of rental deposits: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern my name is [redacted] , I am the Community Manager at Felicita Creek ApartmentsI am writing this as a response to Sheriff [redacted] ’s statementI received a letter from Mr [redacted] with his notice of intent to vacate, and on that notice there was no forwarding addressI sent out an email with documentation requesting a forwarding address on August 17, and I received no responseThen on August 31st, [redacted] came into the leasing office to drop off keys for unit #***; I asked for a forwarding address, and she made it very clear that they would not be providing Property [redacted] with a forwarding addressI have no documentation from Mrand Mrs [redacted] requesting the pickup of their itemized statement here at the leasing office, so the itemized statement, and refund check where sent out to the last known address
