I had contacted the customer via e-mail after she messaged me about the additional cost on her final invoice We do clearly have a shipping link and also cleary have a paragraph explaining shipping charges We ship out hundreds of different combinations of items with all the custom work
we do and do not have the option on our site to list shipping costs for each of those hundreds of items There are standard costs for our standard towers and most ordered accessories and each and every time an order comes in lower in shipping costs that is reflected on their final invoice which we do not charge until the item is shipped for that reason If those items come in higher than what is listed Feline Snoozers picks up that additional charge at no cost to the customer I did apologize to the customer and told her that yes it was a bit confusing under the scratchers and that I would refund her the whole shipping amount which was done We have since reworded this problem on our website which can now clearly be read We pride ourselves in great customer relations Being dishonest and taking advantage of anyone is not in our practice of doing business If there are any other questions I can answer for this customer I would be happy to answer them *** ** *** ***
