I recently had a track of land cleared and another track of land thinned. When I first spoke with [redacted] with 360 forest products he made everything seem nice and sweet and that they would do what they can to make the customer happy. My first issue arouse after the job was done. In the contract it stated that all paths and roads will be returned to orginal condition or better well that is not the case with the the company. the entire path/road was left in terrible condition more mud holes left, bumps in the road was in terrible condition. the road period was rerouted thru where they cut the timber. it wasn't even in the old road . I have talked to him numerous times all they can say is the road is better then before.and that is a flat out lie. They even tried to drive logging equipment over a bridge I had and broke it up and still tell me its in better condition. [redacted] told me before the job he could write me up a forestry plan so I can put it on my taxes as a forest management plan 4 weeks went by still I hear nothing back. I call the head man [redacted] and he is no help he gives me the same runaround. they even left pallets in the road up to this day they have said over and over they will get them. And still nothing has happened. they even went as far as not putting my aunts mailbox back in the same place it came from. there is much much more
