experience. I have reviewed [redacted] concerns. I reached out to [redacted] on 11/07/2016 and left a voice mail at [redacted] at 1:30 PM. [redacted] was seen in our office on September 11,2016 for a cleaning and exam. Part of our standard of care is that we provide each patient with an advanced Oral Cancer screen. The charge for this procedure is $24.00 per year. This is not a covered benefit on [redacted] insurance. Our doctor at the time was out of network, and we accepted assignment of benefits, just as if our doctor was in network. (therefore not charging [redacted] any additional out of pocket). I do apologize for any inaccurate errors in our billing. I have made all corrections to her account, and she does have a zero balance on her account. [redacted] did not overpay for her services, and was only charged for the advanced oral cancer screen, and this is Midtown Dentistry's Standard of Care every patient does receive this each year. I do wish that in the future we can earn your trust again. Thank you
