The Check from the [redacted] company was just deposited into our account and will be released to [redacted] For the record these things take time to process We were absolutely not trying to hold back anything from the customer We explained that to [redacted] and told her that she would receive a full refund towards her [redacted] contract which she decided to cancel We do not understand why this had to go to Revdex.com and hurt our record over something that was being handled in a timely matter [redacted] check is ready for pick up!

Once we returned the vehicle to the customer everything was just fine a couple of weeks later she did call us stating that the vehicle will not start and its in her friends driveway Vehicle was towed in to Fellah Auto Group As soon as we jumped it with a jump box we noticed that the customer left the Over head compartment light on (The one that is used to light up the interior) Mistakes do happen and the customer was very understanding We replaced the battery at no charge to the customer as a good faith gesture and again the customer was very happy at the time We do want to apologize if it caused any unnecessary inconveniences to the customer, we don't mean any harm or issues for anyone that buys vehicles here at Fellah Auto Group Thank you

notified by her that she did get in touch with us but unfortunately the message was not relayed to proper management. I am rejecting this response because:
after the head gasket was repaired, car failed again I took it to a mechanic and was told that the vehicle had several issues that needed repair, including electrical repairs I let the auto dealer know this and that the car was a real junker He didn't want to hear me and kept repeating over and over that it was a good car it wasn't it was absolutely a klunker Regards,

Per this complaint, Fellah Auto Group reached out to the customer and asked for the vehicle to be brought to our shop. Upon being towed in we had our shop check out the vehicle and the issue was a bad head gasket. We contacted the customer and said that everything will be
handled along with the little issues such as the controls of the ac which were not properly working at no cost at all. As far as Fellah Auto Group we delivered the car back in proper working order to the customer. However the customer was still unhappy with the car and decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. The [redacted] contract that was cancelled out on the 2008 [redacted]  was refunded to [redacted] and there are no other pending issues.  Thank You

Most of all the greeting that they give you when walk through the door. It make you want to by a car @ their dealership....eveyone was so kind and help find your ever need and have the right kind of car that fit your purchase. Everyone was so sweet they make your day and put in the right driver seat. The car they sold me and my husband was a 2009 Chrysler Sebring silver and I feel in love with it the more look @ it.
Yes they would be best dealership that I would come back to to buy again. I will recommend people to go to their dealership
