Close this crooked dealer DOWN
On August 8, 2023, bought a misrepresented car from this shady dealer. Salesman told us new tires were installed on the car (a blatant lie, we have photos). Drove the car 10 miles and the brake defect light came on ( no doubt the brakes were defect and the dealer manually reset the light. Dealer insisted it would cost $30.00 for the part to fix the problem (how they determined this is anybody's guess. After numerous calls to a Joe Cafari, Finance Manager, and a person named Arnes, alleged Boss at the dealership, and neither of these people ever returning our calls, on August 18, 2023, we filed a formal complaint against this shady dealer with the Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania and the BBB. "Stay away, Far Away, from this crooked dealer. You will be glad you did. READ what others who have been scammed by this crooked dealer have to say. Don't say you were not WARNED. We will be filing more complaints against this crooked dealer.

What. Rip-Off
I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Our daughter was looking for her first car purchase. We ended up here (more than an hour from home). She said up front that the down payment was all of her savings, that she was moving to FL, & needed a car that wouldn’t break down or be troublesome while she was living there alone. We were at the lot for over 5 hrs. She, at one point said, “I’m not gonna get out of here without buying a car”. So, yeah, pressure. She did finally agree to purchase a 2015 Outlander, because we were told it was “thoroughly checked” & in great condition. She was told they added a bumper to bumper warranty that would cover everything. She was told she would have to leave with a dealer plate because they weren’t able to get a temporary plate at the time, and she would have to mail it back once they mailed her the info she needed to go to the DMV here in WV. Well, ON THE WAY HOME the air conditioning stopped working and the check engine light came one. It was already after 7:00 on a Friday, so there was no turning around. I called the next morning and was told to bring it back & they would fix the air. We weren’t able to take it back until Friday (because of work & being so far away). We took it to our mechanic & were told that the brakes were also bad as well as a burned out headlight, plus the key didn’t work on the door. It wouldn’t pass WV inspection. So the car sat, not being driven until it could be returned. During this time, they were texting/calling continually asking for more information for bank approval - even though we were told the loan was approved before we left the dealership. My daughter decided, at this point, to just return the car and told the dealer that intention after they kept badgering her for more info. We did have to go back and forth w/the manager for quite a while before he agreed to take the car back. He then kept $400 of her down payment as a “restocking fee” for “paperwork”. As we see it, there was never a legal agreement. My daughter signed the paperwork based on an “approved loan” for the purchase, when in fact, the loan was not completed - so no sale. No license, taxes or fees were paid, and the car still had the dealer plates. This was just an overall stressful and expensive experience.
Edit: My daughter was told that they couldn’t refund the entire amount she paid because it would “set a precedent “ and everyone would demand a full refund. Well, in reading through the MANY complaints about this dealership, we discovered one that WAS given a full refund plus other costs. Hmmmm. Not only did they keep more than the 15% my daughter paid, they also kept the $30 fee they charged her to use a card because they wouldn’t accept a check for payment. Now my daughter is minus $430 of the money she has been saving for a down payment on a car, plus the $109 we paid our mechanic to tell us everything that was wrong with it.
What. Rip-Off

I’ve noticed this place replies to list negative reviews, but no response here. Hmm..could be that they know that they took advantage of a young girl trying to purchase her first car, AND wrongly kept part of her down payment?

RUN......DON'T WALK AWAY......BEWARE OF FELLINI AUTO SALES
FELLINI AUTO SALES AND SERVICE DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. THEY ARE THIEVES. RUN...DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. My 17 year old nephew purchased a car from them. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, it had severe mechanical problems that they promised to fix and did NOT. He BEGGED THEM to repair the car that they guaranteed would operate. My nephew did not make the payment because the car did not work. They towed the car out of his parents driveway and REFUSED to return his expensive, personal property that was inside of the vehicle. My nephew and his parents filed a complaint with the magistrate. At the hearing yesterday, a male defending the complaint told the Judge that by law they can keep my nephew's personal property. The Judge asked the male what law he is talking about. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. BEWARE OF FELLINI AUTO SALES AND SERVICE.

I am very much satisfied with the results and wish to drop this complaintThey were apologetic and I feel that they made everything right.? I would also like to note, if possible, that I personally would do business with this dealership again in the futureI feel that this was a lack of communication between the salesman and the ownerOnce the owner was made aware he made sure to right the wrongs.Thank you for your time and I hope you have a wonderful day

Hi ***The statement Fellinis has made in response to my complaint, about fixing my car is bogusYes, they did take it back numerous time to "fix" the issue, and every time the check engine light came back onThe last time I was told that "nothing was wrong" "its fine" sometimes this just happensAs you can see in the screenshot I provided where they told me the car is fine, just needs routine maintenanceYet they were going to pay to get my car inspected by someone whom will give them a waiver to pass itI have a mechanic that says this car is not fixed, nor was it fixed properly from the beginningAutoZone had tested the codes and states the emissions on this is car is not fine, hence why it smells like exhaust fumes and rotten eggs...I transport my daughter in this carits not safe nor reliableThey sold this car knowing it had issuesmin after I drove it off the lot, it became a headacheIf this car is fine, why are they still willing to fix it? I bought that car Dec 20th and that car was in my personal possession a total of weeks until my warranty was upI paid for that car for months and barely drove the vehicleOnce my days lapsed, no one answered my calls, texts, emailsThey avoided me, my boyfriend and my father, who is a mechanic! and resides in another stateThey only responded when I mentioned getting a lawyer and when I reached out to the Revdex.comThey also mention how they took the car to the Hyundai dealership to diagnose the problems and to see how to fix it, they're right they did! But they however did not mention how they removed everything from my vehicle to make it seem like they were fixing it before selling itHyundai had no clue that this car was already sold to the customer and no longer the car dealershipsThe lie and they sell vehicles not ready to be soldThey need to keep their promise and take their vehicle backI will do whatever I have to do in order for this car to go back into there possessionNo company should be allowed to sell a hunk of junk KNOWINGLY and get away with itHow is that fair?

Review: Hello I am writing to let you know about this car dealership that we went to that totally ripped us off. We went to this car dealership in carrick called fellinis auto sales in search for a used vehicle. The one that caught our eye was a 2003 Chevrolet imapla. The peice altogether with taxes and tags was iver $3,000. The car was not inspected and had bald tires on it. They had told ua that there was ni problems with this vehicle. We test drove it and realized it was leaking in the tail pipe. They told us they would fix that for us. Once they fixed it we said we would take it. We did sign a paper that said the sale was as is. Well we left from the car dealership around 6:00 pm to go down the street and get gas. While we had done that our car was overheating. We had called them and they said to bring it on back and they would fix the problem. We took it back and they supposibly fixed it. So we were on our way back home and got to southside and thats when the car over heated again. Ao we pulled into a gas station and went and got antifreeze. Well that worked for a few minutes and then it atarted back up. We made it to downtown pittsburgh and had to call them once again. They said they would send there mechanic down to fix it. About an hour later he comes and atarts messing with the car and a little bit later hes done. He says it will be ok. So we started driving again and nade it to the strip when it started once again. Well it was about 10pm so we had to call a tow truck since we lived 20 miles away. The next morning we called them and told them what happened and they say they will send their mechanic out to our house. He shows up and starts playing around with the car and says its a sensor and that it will nit overheat again. Well we thought it would be good and it was for like about 10 miles and it started again. Well we decided to take it to our mechanic. We got there and he lifted the hood and said right off top that it was a blown head gasket. Well we called to get our monet back and they basically refused and said it would ve to long of a process. My wife had lost her job because this was our only means of transportation. They said that this wasnt there fault and she should have figured a way to get back and forth. But they said they would refix the car. We thought about for a few days and said ok. So we had to get it towed once again to Pittsburgh and they said they would reimburse us. Well they had the car for a good few weeks. We would call and text then every day to see how it was going and there was always an excuse. We really needed transportation and I kept stressing this to them bc my wife had interviews to go to. Well after finally a week they said we could use one of their vehicles. After 3 weeks of having our car they said we could finally come and get it. They said it wasnt the head gasket and they put $1200 of parta into the vehicle. They had gave us $80 and told us we had to go get an inspection done. We told them that it wasnt going to pass with bald tires, so they put some used tires on there. Ww didnt find out until we went and got new tires that the tires were rotted out and the bolts that were on there wasnt good. Well we went to take it to get inspected, as soon as we pull up the guy says this isnt going to pass because it has an exhaust leak but he said we could try to pass emissions. Well with that being said the mechanic said it needed a tie rod, rear brakes and rotors and an a new exhaust pipe. Well the car had been running fine for a few days, no over heating bit then all of a sudden it started again. We had go pull over and luckily where we pulled over was a mechanic shop. The guy came out and took one look and said it was the head gasket once again. We want to warn people not to go to this place and buy a car. They could have put our lives and most importantly 3 of our kids lives in danger. I have to walk an hour to work every day because I have no transportation. I think this dealership needs be noticed by everyone that they will rip you off and do nothing about it. We had found zip ties to hold up a computer, there was battery acid all over the battery also found things holding the car together that shouldnt have been. We had seen 2 people that had problems with their vehicles also. We are nit sure of their problems but they had addressed the issue to us. So we are reaching out to you to help us reach out to the pittsburgh area not to buy a vehicle from the car dealership called fellinis auto sales in carrick. We would hate to see someone go through what we did. I tried also reaching out to this company on Facebook to see what could be done about this and they ended up blocking me. I don't think they are very professional and feel that everyone needs to be aware of their bad business.Desired Settlement: We just want our money back

I bought a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from there. Shawn was very nice and accommodating. However the mechanic was a crook. He looked over the car and swore up and down that there were no problems. This car has cost me over 2,000 dollars in repairs since LAST MONTH, and counting! Glen is another wacko that tries to con you. The owner never spoke to me, and only spoke on the phone in his native language. He would not answer questions. They promised to put 4 new tires on the car. Instead, they put on 4 used tires that all had holes in them. They got these tires by taking them for free from the backs of other businesses. While driving, all 4 went flat. Now they will not answer calls or texts.
