know how this happened being it was on two separate days 9/19 & 9/20. Usually the credit card holder will dispute this with the credit card company, rather then a complaint with Revdex.com. They then will do a paycheck to the customer for the second duplicate charge if we ( Fellinis) do not have 2 signed slips for the charges. They then would deduct it from our account if we can't justify the charge. We reached out to [redacted] on 11/20/2016 leaving a voice mail and through an E mail, but did not get a response. We told him just to stop in and ask for [redacted] or a manager on duty that will refund the 24.43 he was charged extra and that we were sorry for the inconvenience.
