Good day,
Unfortunately company's response does not reflect realityFirstly, I went to bike shop and they did not have these bolts and they told me to call Felt LLCSecondly, my problem has nothing to do with warranty, because Felt LLC never provided the necessary hardware so they can not talk about warranty when the product does not exitFelt LLC known about terrible customer services ( even they refused to sent simple bolts, think about it !) and now they are talking about " correct assembly" to be sure about my safety, this is hilariousPlease visit Felt's facebook page, or popular bike forum pages and see their terrible reputation
These bolts are not ordinary bolts and you can not find in US easilyIn order to go bike shop I need to leave work early, drive miles opposite direction to my home and get these bolt which suppose to given to me when I bought it, is not acceptable.( also I needed to wait 7-business day for mail from Felt LLC ware house to bike shop)when I when I mentioned this situation to Carlo and Gerald they told me that " I did not make business transaction with them" so they did not careThat's Felt LLC's responsibility provide necessary hardware which they did not and also they refused to send me boltsAt this time I am riding the bike with the bolts that I ordered it from UK (which cost over $ with express mail) and if I crash because of bolt failure, it will be Felt LLC's fault and ignoranceI also filed different fraud complaints at CA District Attorney about Felt LLC and Jim Felt about this situationAlso I will write detail letter to Jim Felt
Thank you

in assembled condition and accompanied by the original, dated
sales receipt for the bicycle or frameset. (Be sure to keep your
receipt in a safe place.).
Warranty service will be performed by an authorized Felt dealer.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Cost of shipment or
transportation to and from Felt, and the Felt authorized dealer is
the responsibility of the purchaser.

Review: Failure to stand behind their advertised lifetime warranty on a bicycle with a cracked frame. Warranty offers replacement part of LKQ part, however original replacement is no longer available and replacement offer is of a substandard frame that significantly decreases the value of the Special Edition bicycle I purchased. Manufacturer attempts to shift blame of failed part to the consumer falsely accusing of not using bicycle per manufacturers specifications yet has no evidence to support such claims.Manufacturer is negligent, and allowing consumer to operate an unsafe bicycle by refusing to repair or replace. Manufacturer has been warned in writing of consumers fears of having a defective bicycle and possible great bodily harm as a result of manufacturers failure to stand behind their product.Desired Settlement: Document complaint for other consumers to beware and avoid purchasing products from this manufacturer. Document legal, written complaint for possible litigation purposes.

Warmest Personal Regards,

Review: This ultra lightweight high performance Nine1 model bicycle broke in half during the first two months of use on normal terrain, sending my 13 year old onto his head and causing whiplash and a black eye. Felt refused to fully cover it in warranty. We sent the broken frame in to Felt at a cost of $50 to have it examined and Felt said it had no structural defect and performed as designed. Felt wants us to pay for a new frame. The dealer collected $250 from us for warranty processing. We do not feel a bike should break in half in the first two months of use - especially under normal riding. We would like a refund. Or we want a free replacement frame with a full warranty. We also want reimbursement for the $50 shipping and a refund of the $250 from the dealer for the warranty processing.Desired Settlement: First choice would be a full refund. Second choice would be a no charge replacement frame of equal value with a full warranty. We also a refund of the $50 shipping charges we paid to send the broken frame to Felt for safety examination, and we want a refund of the $250 we paid to the dealer for warranty processing.
