Feltner's Sewer & Drain Service

Feltners recently performed a relining of my sewer. They got my project in the schedule in a timely fashion and performed the work to high standards. They worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the manner the work would be done. Overall, very nice experience. I hope to hire them again for future work.

I called Feltners this morning for a sewer problem. I was able to be serviced by this afternoon. The staff was on time, friendly, & knowledgable. I am pleased with the work that was performed. They offer a warranty on the worked performed, which is reassuring. Thank you Feltners.

Review: We had a sewer backup in our basement in Nov. 2015. The lateral pipe near the street was not aligned, so the City of Racine hired Feltner's to fix this by placing a "bladder" in the existing pipes instead of digging up our yard and repairing it. Since the pipes from our house to the street were also in poor shape, we decided to pay to have the "bladder" installed in our portion of the piping too. This was completed in Dec. 2015, and the pipes collapsed 5 days later causing another sewer backup in our basement. Feltner's then apparently hired Mechanical Master's Inc. ( we were unaware they hired someone-we thought it was Feltner's) who excavated our front yard and replaced the old pipes with new PVC pipes. In the process, our sidewalk, driveway, and front yard landscaping was damaged. We have made several calls to Feltner's to just get a timetable as to when our property will be repaired, and we either get no answer, or they say " when the weather improves". Mechanical Master's also threatened to place a lien against our property on March 1, 2016 because Feltner;s had not paid them for the excavation and other work. This was when we discovered that Feltner;s hired them.Desired Settlement: We would just like a timetable as to when our property will be repaired and something in writing by Feltner's stating the repairs they will complete and when. It is now May 2016. We also want Mechanical Masters paid by Feltner's since we did not hire them, Feltner's did.
