Review: [redacted] prepared my 2012 Federal and State taxes. She sent my federal tax refund of $3,842.23 to the wrong bank, the wrong checking account number , and to the wrong person. She refuses to re-pay me my federal return, she does admit to making the mistake on my tax return, but hasn't refunded me my money back. She continues to operate a tax service business in the city of [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my federal refund of $3,842.23 return to me ASAP with interest for the time, and legal cost associated with getting my money back.

Review: In 2013, I took my 2012 Federal and State tax information to [redacted] for her to prepare my federal and State taxes. She was operating under the company name of; "Female Firsts Incorporated"(complaint # [redacted])out of [redacted], Connecticut. She prepares tax returns. She sent both my Federal and State tax refunds to the wrong account number, the wrong routing number and to the wrong bank([redacted]a).Since then the company and Ms. [redacted] refuse to refund me my federal refund of $3,842.23, the State of Connecticut was able to go in a reverse the $980.00 state refund out of this account [redacted]. But the Internal Revenue Service was NOT able to go into this account and get my refund because the person had closed the account and the money was gone. Ms. [redacted] admitts that she made the mistake, and the company "Female Firsts Incorporated " has denied any involvement in this case. Female Firsts Incorporated claims that Ms. [redacted] acted independently of their company and is soley responsible for her mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like my federal tax refund of $3,842.23 returned to me by Ms. [redacted] and or Female Firsts Incorporated, plus interest.
