Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i did not receive any notification of a problem with the move in into pm that dayThere was no email or Docusign sent to me at all that dayHad there been anything mentioned to me or emailed to me, I would have gone through with the signing without any problemsHowever, my cousin, the person who had the issues with moving in told me that when he went to start his move process that morning around am, he was already having issues with the paper work and that they would need my signature for him to be able to move inI did not refuse to sign any papers and was not able to sign until I did because I was at work and did not receive any notification until Copper Beech called me for a second phone call letting me know that I would have to come down there in person to sign the paperwork Regards, [redacted]

Good Afternoon, I have been in contact with *** via email since her complaints have been brought to my attentionWe have taken multiple steps to rectify the issues she experienced upon moving into her unitWe have replaced carpet in the LR as of yesterday and have the
stairs/hallway/and her bedroom being replaced next week when our vendors are able to return and complete the workThe unit has been re-cleaned already and we're sending the carpet cleaners over again today to re-clean the areas that aren't being replaced. In addition, our maintenance staff has begun necessary repairs reported by *** and these will be completed by end of business day Monday. Lastly, we've offered *** a rental concession that she's also acceptedI've asked *** to reach out to me if she has any questions or concerns during the interimThank you, *** ***Director of Property OperationsCopper Beech Townhomes

*** came in on Saturday to move in. Unfortunately, the addendum was drawn up as an individual lease verses a joint leaseJoint lease amendments require the signatures of all leaseholders prior to any changes occurring. Due to this error there was a delay in the mosince we aren't
able to give possession to a new tenant without the approval of all the current tenants on the joint leaseWe contacted each of the tenants requesting signatures via Docusign in order to obtain the signatures from all the leaseholders relatively quickly. We were able to get all signatures except for ***’s by 1:pm. *** was the only tenant that refused to sign the paperwork via DocuSign. *** came in to sign off on the addendum around 4:30pm which then we were able to give the keys to *** so he could move in.
We have taken additional measures to ensure mistakes such as this don't happen in the future
We value all of our tenants and want each of them to have the best experience while residing with Copper Beech
We're truly sorry for the issues you've both encountered when moving inIf there is anything either of you need please don't hesitate to reach out to our new Property Manager *** *** she'll be more than willing to help you any way she can
Thank you,
*** ***

Ms. [redacted],
I apologize for the miscommunication regarding you being unavailable to come in and sign the addendum. We would like to again apologize for the inconvenience you've been through as a result of the errors that our staff has made. Thank you for brining this issue to the attention of myself so I may speak with the on site staff and address the issue that occurred with them accordingly.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:i did not receive any notification of a problem with the move in into 1 pm that day. There was no email or Docusign sent to me at all that day. Had there been anything mentioned to me or emailed to me, I would have gone through with the signing without any problems.
