I have reviewed the response given by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that while this issue was not resolved- so to speak, my only request was that some higher up receive notice of the poor customer service I received.  The threat to sue me for making the statement is uncalled for.  I am satisfied that someone other than the person I had contact with when I called has been notified.  I have attached the initial correspondence that I had with a rep that was very nice and had nothing to do with my complaint.  Because the business stated no record of interaction, I included it as evidence.  I want to be sure, however, that it is clear the poor treatment came when I followed up with a phone call to the business at their 800 number.
