I called their number times 6/20, twice on 6/and once on 6/and they have never offered a full refund only partial Mattter of fact, when I asked for full refund after they drained my account with this autocharge, they responded with NO! As far as what they say I agreed to, I would like them to show evidence that I checked that auto charge box in their ad All I tried to do was back out after seeing how he ad kept adding more to what was supposed to be free+ shipping I would never have checked that box nor was their any paperwork included in sample box to disclose this information, not one receipt in email or in package They have said they emailed me but I have looked in inbox and spam and had received no information on purchase agreement Futhermore, I also was made aware that the advertising they used to lure me to their product was in fact created and used by [redacted] women and [redacted] She has disclosed directly from her Facebook page that she has never endorsed this product and her name and likeness was being used without her knowledge I bought the product because of their testimony and I find out it was all a lie and misleading the public She has made a public post to make her fans aware they this company is using her brand to sell their product This would violate any truth in advertising laws They say they have issued a full refund of $on July 5th Thus far I have received $ (6/22) $(6/21) $(6/21) & (6/20) totaling $ If if I had known they were going to autocharge me I would have sent these tiny bottles back that they sent and charged me $for, which is a rediculus amount When you google this brand all you get is that is a scam and I can see why! This company should be shut down
