the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted Allstste immediately and they kindly did a follow up estimate that outlines concerns of marketplace mazda's workmanship and further damage as a result of that workmanship. Attached is a copy of the estimate. Allstate also stated that they would be willing to make further adjustments if necessary on their part to complete the job to satisfactory standards. To Whom it may concern,  I spoke with our finance department on this matter and was assured that our application reflected what the customer told us.  The customer did sign and date the application before taking delivery.  As far as the phone number, we may have made a clerical error but obviously that isn't anything we would have done to hurt a customer and again, the application was signed by the customer.  Regards, Anthony D[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.    I was told a lie and I feel it's on the dealership to make this right.  Their sales manager lied to my face and I took his word after I asked to make sure I understood him.  My trust was in this dealership to give me correct information.  If I was mislead I feel the dealership is responsible for the lie I was told aflyer I originally decline the extended warranty.  I was given information, to base my decision on the spot.  I trusted what I was told and now I find out it was lie.  I was told if it was toward the end of my warranty and I had an issue it would benefit me to pay out of pocket and not void the warranty and get my $2000 back.  After it was explained that way I changed my mind and add the warranty.  If a company lies to make a sale the is unethical and illeagal.  Joe [redacted] Jr told me these lies to change my mind.  I am not going after the warranty company because they did not lie to me to make the sale, Joe [redacted] lied to me to make the sale and feel the dealership should be  held responsible for a lie their employee made up to make a sale. I find it very disheartening that they don't take me serious.  They took advantage of me who knows how many other people have been lied to so the I crease their profits and commission.  My career is built on honesty and integrity and I have credentials to prove that.  Car dealers are stereotypically shady and untrustworthy and this to me proves that.  I know I don't have anything in writing, but when I'm told something by the dealership I have trust that I didn't need to record or get his sales pitch in writing. He lied to make a profit after I declined initially to purchase the warranty.  Regards,  [redacted]

Regards, [redacted]  I have contacted the police department in regards to the unregistered loaner vehicle the dealership gave me with 1 plate. The police department contacted the dealership and told them they shouldn't have loaned a vehicle out without the proper documentation. The dealership said there was 2 plates on the vehicle which was a lie because I took pictures as soon as they gave it to me which I mentioned the plate and the issues in the beginning and their response was I should be fine. I took it to Cooperate as well and they said the same thing about a unregistered vehicle which was very disturbing to me which is why I contacted the police department. The bank has contacted me today and told me to have the dealership contact the bank immediately in regards to falsifying documentation about my income and changing my phone number on the application. I have paperwork as well showing differently then what they are telling you. Have the dealership send you the paperwork . The dealership has the wrong phone number as well on the application. My contact number is ###-###-####. I will be contacting the police department to pick up my personal belongings today. The bank said the dealership has  to pay that $25000 loan back immediately and answer for falsifying documents as well. Please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questions.
