I am rejecting this response because: The purchase was made on two cards, one of which gave a *temporary* refund
while they research the fraudThe credit card company should not be doing the work that Fence America is responsible for in terms of refundsWe will re-credit Bank of America's temp refund when Fence America refunds both that card and TD BankThis oft-repeated fraud on the part of Fence America needs to be investigated by the authorities.

Hello customer filed a dispute on their credit card and received a refund - we do not issue refunds if customer filed a dispute as that would be 2 refunds.
