[redacted] My wife was arriving on an International flight of over 18 hours to Newark on Aug ** 2016 and I booked this ETS Airport Shuttle. The website only asks for exact arrival time of the flight (7:55 am) and it automatically made that the pick up time. I therefore called the shuttle service right away to tell them that the pick up time will be based on when someone gets their bags and come out subject to airlines exact landing time. I was told that my wife can go to Ground Transportation and the ride will be arranged. When my wife went to the Ground transportation at 8:20 am with her bags she was denied any Limo and was told to take other means of transportation. I called the Shuttle office and a woman argued and said there is nothing available. She said she will refund and be on your own or take a shuttle that may be many hours later. The she just hung up in the middle of a conversation.

I booked the air shuttle service from Newark Airport to JFK New York Airport on December ***, at 7:PM
And I was picked up at 7:PM and checked in 2(two) pieces of luggage and 1(one) carry on bag
When we arrived at terminal in JFK I could not find my second suitcase
Driver explained somebody else took my suitcaseBut on my receipt I have pieces of luggageDriver should've checked how many pieces each passenger picks up
I called their office but they transferred me and then call was lostAfter that nobody responded
I gave their phone number to my wife, and she was told to wait for the managerHe promised to call her back but never did
So now, two weeks later, after I returned from trip to visit my parents, nothing has changed
