Fence-Max

Review: We signed a contract with [redacted] of FenceMax on 7/1/12 to have a fence installed on our property and gave him in person a $3,117.00 deposit. According to the contract, FenceMax is responsible giving "an approximate starting date of installation". We never received an installation date after repeated calls. In January and February [redacted] told us it was too wet. We call repeatedly in March, April, and May and none of our phone calls was returned. We sent a letter to the business May 31, 2013 stating we wished our money back. We sent a second letter 6/8/2013 and visited the business address to hand deliver the letter but he wasn't there so we sent it certified mail to the business location. On 6/30/13 we sent an online complaint to the small claims court in [redacted] PA.Desired Settlement: We would like our $3117.00 returned to us immediately.
