Signed a contract for fence replacement with owner of Fence Me in Now on 4/13/and gave check for deposit that same day.The business owner cashed said check on 4/18/As of 6/1/said business still had not started work on my new fenceFinally after threat of law suit I received the materials that were suppose to equal the amount of the depositI found out however that the business owner lied and I was still out [redacted] Also found he was the only person to give his business a review on face book

I used this company and had absolutely no issuesHe had great costumer service as well as very experiencethey worked with me on my fence on the layout and brought new ideasthe outcome of my fence was even better than what I could picture in my headi would recommend this business to all my friends and family
Long story short, I was suppose to have my fence installed on June 13th. I paid our deposit and price in full so that we could hold that date. It is now 7/1 and nothing has changed from his initial visit and he also has not made any form of communication other than 1 text saying he'd get this "squared away." He now has $5100 of my money and is not replying to any of my calls/texts/email. My next step is to take legal action and get my money back. Very unprofessional person to work with and no company should make you pay in full and not keep in communication. I would highly suggest not using this company.
