We received a voice message on from Jeffrey B** indicating that he wanted to give us
an "update on what's going on" and left a callback numberI attempted to reach him on the afternoon of and the call was routed to MrB**'s voice mail; I left a message returning MrB**'s call and asked him to call backA second attempt was made to contact MrB** on and once again I was connected with voice mail, and left another message requesting him to call backAs of 3:00pm on 6.20.16, we have not heard back from MrB**We are unable to consider this complaint resolved until we have concrete verification that MrB** has in fact given the collection agency his insurance information, and that the matter will be resolved between his insurance company and the collection agency

6.6.16 Revdex.com received call from  Jeffrey B**. He said he will call consumer later tod** and then follow up with Revdex.com. Per Jeffrey, he provided collection agency with his insurance information to file claim.
