A friend had used Fence Outlet before and highly recommended them, I e-mailed the company from their website and had a reply with a quote within the hour. Of course I compare the quote with two big box stores and found Fence Outlet came in way cheaper. Chelsea processed the payment over an e-mail form and we set up a delivery date the same day. Delivery was right on time and the driver was very helpful with a few tips and tricks on installing wood fences. The product themselves were better than expected as I inspected every 4x4 and every wood panel and could not find any damages or a single board that wasn't perfectly straight. Honestly this was a delightful experience and I highly recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

Following the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, it was quite obvious that my fence was beyond economical repair and that I was going to need new perimeter security around my home and pool. Concerned with the liability of having unsecured access to the pool area, I immediately began searching for a fence contractor. My first, and only call, was to Fence Outlet. Even though we were still reeling from the effects of the storm, the reception and sales associates from Fence Outlet displayed compassion and empathy, while calming reassuring me that pool-homes were a high priority due to the potential for accidents to occur. We scheduled an appointment for the estimate far sooner than I originally expected, due to the number of fences that had recognized a similar fate as mine.
Mike from the sales team was at our door within a week to measure and provide a free estimate for the new fence. The process could not have gone any smoother... I was told that it would take about six (6) weeks to have the new fence installed. Three (3) weeks later, we were enjoying the new timber. The installation team was fantastic. The old fence was removed and hauled away and the new fence was erected. The quality of the installation and of the fence was exceptional. The installation team went above and beyond, and there was zero damage to my neighbors' botanicals and their surrounding structures.
Shortly after the installation, I received a call from Fence Outlet to ensure that I was satisfied with the quality of the product and, the installation... I could not have been happier with the result.
