Received proposal from Fence Pro on 5/17/to construct 171' of wood fence with aluminum fence/gates and solar powered opening mechanismTotal price was $8,with $1,down and balance on completionAbout weeks after job completion, I hired painters to paint the new fenceThey had to secure numerous pickets that had already come loose As time went on, more and more pickets loosened and/or fell off Finally in March I contacted Jimmy A***, the owner, who met on site to examine the fenceHe agreed to send someone out "with a handful of nails" to repair the fence In May, having not heard from Jimmy, I hired a contractor to do the repairsHe secured every picket (around 200) with screws each, rebuilt the corner that supports the weight of the 12' gate and secured the gate post to the fenceHe also stripped and repain
