Customer ordered 11 months ago and we are now hearing of issues? There has been no change to our product or offer of refund to customer, FenceScreen offeres a 30 day return policy and this is far beyond our ability to investigate problem. We dispute the complaint.

As advised in our previous response, customer needs to properly install the product, we have viewed photo of install and determined the panel was sized correctly.

We have made every attempt to satisfy customer, the 2 panels that customer stated were sized 2" inches short were replaced and customer was sent new panels at the requested size at no charge. We have made every attempt to satisfy customer and then 3 months later...

customer request more free panels and then send in complaint reviews. This customer can not be satisfied.

Customer canceled and order was refunded.

Customer was advised that proper way to install the screen so that the panel will fit properly. Screens are all stretched to exact size during production and possibly the customers measurements are not correct.

We have been calling this company since two weeks after last order for fence screen, asking for their help with a solution to the fact that the two order colors of white don't match, and sent several pictures. We continued to email and call until 2 months ago and contacted the Revdex.com for assistance. First they denied we ever called , then said they have no record of us calling, then after being pressured they said they would send out a return label for us to return items, but they have never done so, called again to ask about email and again they stated they would sent label, this company does nothing to stand by products and will do anything to lead you on until you give up.

The company has not been able to provide me with 80 feet of fence slats in the same color, even though they only advertise one color of tan on their website. The statement that they don't accept returns of previously installed slats is false since the lighter color slats were installed, as seen in these photos, then returned later. The manager [redacted] stated to me that his company no longer had the matching color of tan that I needed to complete my fence but was still unwilling to accept a return and refund my money. This is a case of false advertisement, poor merchandise, poor customer service, and fraudulent sales practices.

An email was sent on July 25th specifically asking about replacement of the 13' panel. This email went unresponded. I sent another email on August 13th asking about the 13' piece after only receiving new panels for two other pieces that were incorrect. A copy of all of the emails that I have sent back and forth were sent to [redacted] on September 8th to prove that I have tried several times to rectify this issue. The emails can be provided to the company again if necessary.

Customer was sent several replacement slats in question at no charge. We are unable to accept back material that has been installed in the fence. We have offered refund on all new product in question. Unable to satisfy customer. Customer has all product in their possession.

 I Have not received a refund from Fence Screen.  in fact I can't even get them to talk or return my calls.  If in fact they have sent a refund I would like proof of how the refund was made and who accepted it.

FenceScreen management has attempted to satisfy this customer multiple times including; complete order replacement at no charge, exchange for new merchandise. After multiple attempts to satisfy customer it is clear the customer is unwilling to resolve this situation, rather customer is attempting to get additional merchandise at no charge. We dispute this complaint.

I bought a series 100 screen on March 2014. I had already bought one years ago and worked fine. The new screen looked different but I installed it anyways. It started looking worn about January. I didn't do anything about it till now. It is tearing apart by itself. I called Fence Screen and they want to give me a 20% discount on the same product. I paid $94 when I bought it the first time. Now the price is $60 for the same product. They basically sold me a faulty product for more money. They say that because I waited till the 1 year warranty was over I have no recourse. They want to sell me the same thing again plus the 20 shipping charge! Are They Krazy! They do not stand by their products.

The company is Fence Screen in Lake Forest Ca.

The materal that I received was very cheap. The measurement that I requested was 28'X 6' and I got 28'X 5'5".

When I called customer service I was told that I cannot measure it while it is on the floor but only when it is installed. What kind of logic is that.

It is non returnable.

I will not advice anybody to deal with this company.

Review: Company sent me 2 different types of What they advertised as the same, I contacted them many times at first they admitted to it and assured me they would fix the problem this went on for some time back and forth but they never did as they said. Then after several months of calling customer service they denied that I ordered both orders from them so I emailed the both invoices showing I indeed purchased it both times from them. They then said they would refund my money if I sent it back and they would send me a shipping label, well that didn't happen it seems they tell you what you want to hear to make you stop calling but never fully address the problem.Desired Settlement: They told me they would refund my money, and that's what I'd like them to do.

Review: On February 4th 2014 we ordered Fencing in the amount of $1419.00 which was charged to my credit card. The order was canceled the next day. I never received credit back on my credit card. I have called repeatedly, they say they are looking into the matter and will call back. I tried to go through my credit card to receive credit but the time had lapsed. I made the mistake thinking they were going to credit back my card. THEY DIDN"T!! On May 2nd 2014 I received and email from Sales Department [redacted] stating that the order was noted in system for credit, and would follow up with accounting to confirm order is refunded. I talked to Amanda on July 3rd still no credit credited to my card she said it had already been processed and could not issue credit back to the card I asked about a check she said she had given paperwork to Accounts Payable and they were looking into the matter. July 10th, July 19th left a message no call returned. I called July 21st talked to [redacted] again said he would talk to Amanda and get right back to me. He didn't... I called today July 22nd talked to Bryan and asked to speak to Amanda he asked my name and who I was with and told me to wait then came back to the phone stating that she was out of the office and was there a number I could be reached at. I told him she has the number then proceeded to give it to him again. We also have emailed and called and left messages that we will accept the product that was ordered in the first place just to settle the matter. Still no one responds. This has been on going for almost six months and I would like to get it resolved either with a refund or the product that was originally purchased but not received. Review: I ordered privacy fence from fenceScreen.com. It didn't even last a year. It started fraying, shredding & getting holes in it. I contacted the company & got an email back from them asking me to send pictures. I sent pictures & the gentleman said he would see if it was still under warranty. He never got back to me on this & it has been about 3 months ago. He just left me hanging.

Customers is filing a complaint on a year old purchase? There is no warranty on the product that customer purchased. Typically products do not fail that is why we request photos of the product so that we can evaluate the cause of the failure and see about replacement for customer satisfaction. After reviewing the email seems customer sent in photos via email and never made a phone contact with our office to discuss with anyone in office/ production to see about replacing. This is a ridiculous complaint!

I didn't know that I was supposed to phone them. I sent several emails to them. They sent me one email stating that I needed to send them pictures. I did contact them before a year was up. I did send them pictures of the damaged privacy fence & they never replied. I also sent them a follow up email after that to which they did not reply. I asked them if the fence was covered under a warranty & they never replied. I was under the impression that the fence was covered by a warranty when I ordered it. I believe that they are not going to honor this. I got in touch with you, so that someone else would not get taken advantage of. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again. They have a defective product. I have attached 4 pictures of the fence for your info. If you need more let me know. Thank you for your help in this matter.
