I am rejecting this response because: Fence solutions has known about this since April and his response was you are on my list Not understanding why there is a dollar amount attach to the repair.in the mean time fence solutions has done several jobs with our sister facility [redacted] and as always been paid in full I feel fence solutions is avoiding this for there is no money to be made for if the job was done correctly there would never had been a call back Regards, [redacted] ***

The gates were never hit by a truck or left unlatched your company poured the concrete and set the poles then installed the gates all in the same day I asked your employees if that was procedure to hang the gates the same day the concrete was poured and the response was it was a special type of quick setting concrete well if you look closely at the photos you can tell the concrete did not set up and hold the gates per contract when we spoke in April you said Arcadia was on your list and would repair the gates and now you are wanting paid for your mistakes and calling this a game
