FenceMax

Review: I hired Fence Max to install fencing at my home and they in turn hired a sub contractor to perform the installation without my knowledge. This sub contractor damaged an underground electrical wire in several locations while installing my fence, even though I set flags in the ground as to where the fence needed to be installed. When I contacted Fence Max they said they would take care of the issue and told me that they had submitted a clam to their insurance company. After many phone calls they pushed me off onto the sub contractor [redacted] also offered to repair the problem and now will no longer return my calls and Fence Max will not help. I paid for an estimate to be written as to the cost of the repairs needed and provided a copy to Fence Max ans since have not been able to contact them or get a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like Fence Max to repair the wiring on my property correctly, either using my electrician or one of their choice. I am only asking that the repair be made properly and in accordance with all local and state regulations.
