Now, months later, our electric gate isn't workingWe called the owner on Sat and finally received a "response" todayHe basically told us that we would need to call another company and pay $for a service call since he is on vacation for a weekOur contract states that their work is under warranty but apparently it is not
BEWARE of their product and service!
I worked with Richard from FenceMax Texas and was right off the bet my favorite person to deal with of the 5 different estimates that came out, he is very friendly and professional. Out of 5 estimates, FenceMAX came out the best and also states they will price match any better estimate. Their crew showed up and even with a rainy week was able to put the new fence right up, old one was torn down and hauled off right away, the post set in cement, came right back and got the new fence up and it looks absolutely perfect! Crew cleaned up and was very friendly, the whole experience was nice which is what I needed from the last few contractors that weren't up to par. I am recommending them to multiple friends in need of a new fence as well.
