Was not knowledgeable in advice he gave and evasive IMO at times.Hired to help save our home.Granted we were in default but we were far from underwater.Presented him self as expert in this field & had tones of high reviews dealing with foreclosures, I should have noticed all at that time ended in short sales .But did little if any to help save our property excerpt a couple phone calls apparently the day after we gave hum a large amt if $ which he insisted apron up front even tho he did say he could not guarantee to save our home he did IMO exaggerate what he could do for us that we had not or could not do ourselves.
