Stands were used in the photo simply to display the product Description online states that the stands are sold separately If the customer purchased stands at the same time that the gate was purchased she would have incurred a separate shipping/handling charge anyway Packaged
stands with the gate would have made the package too large for FedEx ground

As I stated in my original complaint, when I made my initial purchase the words "stands sold separately" were NOT on the webpageMr*** only added those words after I received the shipment and complained that day to him and to his assistant *** *** He ignored my complaint and made no effort to make good on his false/misleading presentation of the product, just as he is in his answer to the Revdex.com When I first complained I asked Mr*** for some type of discount or refund, not a specific amountMy request was ignoredAll of my communication with Mr*** was by emailI still have the emails. *** ***
