I was a victim of Hurricane Matthew so unfortunately due to all the various amounts of damage I had I did NOT review this gentleman Vic or his company on the Revdex.com as I should have and very much so regret it He advertises and seems to be a professional outlet but there is no physical office to locate anyone if need be so once you give your funds they are MIA I gave a deposit of my insurance money $for this job and a date specific was agreed upon I couldn't get ahold of this person for weeks, so stressful and I thought my funds were gone He actually was screaming at me once when I got ahold of him from a hidden number saying that I was harassing him...reallyhe had my $and committed to a professional job I basically was in tears on the phone and he finally took my calls and agreed to come out His excuse is always "the parts are on order." I had to lure him in with the fact that I had the rest of the funds waiting to get him to finish the job because at that point I had no other recourse since half of my money was gone I told him I had to leave town on a date specific for the xmas holiday that the job had to be finished I mean...really...this is a day job at most Of course it wasn't finished on time He showed up to get the funds before the job was complete singing me his song and dance about how we could do a walk thru on my return because I was going to be gone for a week and I did so because I wanted the subcontractors to be paid before the holidays He, the owner, Vic, shows up to give the estimate, get the deposit and pick up the funds, its all about the $$ and that's the only time you ever see or hear from him I was leaving and gave him the balance, he swore they would be complete that day...nope, the contractors had to work all into the evening, ran out of parts and had to come back the next day after I was gone for a week to finish I come home to missing tan caps and one solar light $not working I have been calling for over a month...one day I actually got ahold of Vic and of course he said he had been getting my messages and the parts were "ordered." That's the last I have ever heard from him My double gates blows open constantly from not being bolted in and installed properly, my solar panel does not work, my caps are missing on the fence, and oh yes, I went behind my property to fill in the gaps of left under my fence where my dogs can get loose and all the concrete from dismantling what was left of the old wooden fence along with debris have been left in the empty lot behind me...next call to the City!! I am not taking the rap for that And then he has the gall to immediately put his business signs bolted on my fence facing the road for free advertisement I am now having to pay someone else to finish this $5000!!! job and take his signs off my fence I would absolutely NOT recommend this company What a stressful, incomplete, unprofessional experience I have the worst unstable not esthetically pleasing fence in my neighbor :( Be warned! Beware!

Buyer beware! My first and best advise is do not give advance or deposit at time of contract. Had to spend many attempts to get my deposit back after his breach of our contract. He hung up on me twice!

My experience is they don't follow up on calls or complaints. They have been doing a neighbors fence
Now for over two months. They work a little then don't come back for a week or more.

They leave all their materials on neighbors lawn which is mine for almost two months now in a un complete job.

They take the first call and promise to remove it within 3 days but don't. Upon calling again and leaving messages they don't call back.

Extremely poor customer relations and not very reputable if they cannot call back and address complaints that they have created. It has now been two months of no work on the job and I have dead grass because they haven't returned to remove the materials off my lawn and put it on the paying customers lawn
