The owner of the company came over to give me a free estimate. He had a mile marker and asked where I wanted it from. I explained I didn't want it off of the back of the house and to put it off towards the middle of the house. I came home and they started to put fence materials in the back. I had to leave as an emergency and gave them the check to finish the job. When I came home the fence was not properly placed and the quote I was quoted didn't match the work stated. I lost probably about a panel on each side.

We do apologize sincerely for this inconvenience. We always value our business and the quality that we do. If it was just the fence being in the wrong spot and missing two panels, we have never had an issue coming out to fix the problem immediately the way you wanted it. When you called, you accused my crew of stealing from you and screaming at me, when we have been in business for many years and would never do such a thing so we do hope you found your tools. In any case, if you would have called calmly just explaining that the fence was not how you wanted, we would have had no issue coming to fix it for you or reimbursing your money. Either way, we quoted you 21.75 a foot and each panel is 6 feet long, so for two panels, one on each side, would be a total of 12 feet so that would be $261 that we are willing to pay back to you for the inconvenience of misplacing the fence. We hope that this fixes your issue and if there is anything else we can do, we are here. Thank you.

I did calmly call and explain I'm missing stuff from my shed that was in there previous to your employees being there and if you could just ask them. You did argue with me that it is your brother in law and he would not do that. I would not prefer to have the fence redone as it has been too much of an issue to solve already. I prefer to have the money back for the quoted price.
