Sales consultant was nice Price was good They promised to call and schedule job when I signed the contract They never called Instead they showed up unannounced when no one was home and did the job I needed to move plants but couldn't because I didn't know they were coming Ruined plants that they don't see as a problem There are a couple of issues I would have raised upon workers completion, but could not do that because they did not tell us they were coming Now, I have to have another time scheduled to go over that and if they need to come back and make adjustments take more time to deal with that I called the owner, was told he was "on the other line" and he would call me back He called the sales consultant and had him call me even though we had already spoken about it They feel an apology is enough It's not Frankly, they broke the contract At this point the look or quality of the fence is irrelevant They are terrible at customer service and I cannot recommend them solely on that
