On Monday, we got a service call from a client and after setting the time, I went to the property, knocked on the door, and a man in his maybe late 50's and early 60's opened the doorAs soon as he opened the door, I saw a house that looked exactly like hoarders, which I've only seen on TV and never expected to see one in real lifeAnywaysLong story short, the smell of the house was horrific from the door, and living inside the house was a pig that weighed about 250-300lbs and according to the owner, has been living there for years) laying on the floor with all his feces, blue rags that are used in the hospital with urine, and the only way to walk In the house is by a small path maybe 2ft wide across the entire houseI was told that to get to the heater we had to cross over everything which was almost impossibleWhen I reached the unit, there was no lighting or any way of seeing the issueUsually (with all my service) we begin with check and recommendIn this case, there was no way to check and recommend, so all I wanted was to leave the house, because the house truly was health hazardousWhen I left, the owner followed me to my truck and told me that the heater is leaking, so according to his saying, I told him what needs to be doneI went to the backyard to check the condenser because if I was to do any work inside, I would have to disconnect the unit in the backI would also have to go over all kinds of wood and everything in the way, along with a broken backyard door with about 2-3ft of yellow bushes filled with all types of Insects and a possibility of animals living in thereI tried to avoid the job, but with the insisting of the owner, I agreed but told him he needs to make a clear pathway around the heater to be able to reach It, and to clear a pathway to be able to reach the unit in the backyardI told him it would be after Wednesdays, so after about daysHe called me on the first Wednesday, before his date, and he started cursing, screaming, and told me that I had given him a different dateWith all his foul language, I told him that if he wanted to cancel, he would be free to do so, and he would get his money back guaranteedHe canceled and I went back and gave him all the money, and we both signed a document to leave it at that, and not to take any further actionHe was not a man of his word, and he left this review on yelp.does the city of Anaheim not take action that might affect the owner himself, affect the people that dare to go inside, and the neighbors surrounding this house

On Monday, we got a service call from a client and after setting the time, I went to...

the property, knocked on the door, and a man in his maybe late 50's and early 60's opened the door. As soon as he opened the door, I saw a house that looked exactly like hoarders, which I've only seen on TV and never expected to see one in real life. Anyways. Long story short, the smell of the house was horrific from the door, and living inside the house was a pig that weighed about 250-300lbs and according to the owner, has been living there for 25 years) laying on the floor with all his feces, blue rags that are used in the hospital with urine, and the only way to walk In the house is by a small path maybe 2ft wide across the entire house. I was told that to get to the heater we had to cross over everything which was almost impossible. When I reached the unit, there was no lighting or any way of seeing the issue. Usually (with all my service) we begin with check and recommend. In this case, there was no way to check and recommend, so all I wanted was to leave the house, because the house truly was health hazardous. When I left, the owner followed me to my truck and told me that the heater is leaking, so according to his saying, I told him what needs to be done. I went to the backyard to check the condenser because if I was to do any work inside, I would have to disconnect the unit in the back. I would also have to go over all kinds of wood and everything in the way, along with a broken backyard door with about 2-3ft of yellow bushes filled with all types of Insects and a possibility of animals living in there. I tried to avoid the job, but with the insisting of the owner, I agreed but told him he needs to make a clear pathway around the heater to be able to reach It, and to clear a pathway to be able to reach the unit in the backyard. I told him it would be after 2 Wednesdays, so after about 10 days. He called me on the first Wednesday, before his date, and he started cursing, screaming, and told me that I had given him a different date. With all his foul language, I told him that if he wanted to cancel, he would be free to do so, and he would get his money back guaranteed. He canceled and I went back and gave him all the money, and we both signed a document to leave it at that, and not to take any further action. He was not a man of his word, and he left this review on yelp.does the city of Anaheim not take action that might affect the owner himself, affect the people that dare to go inside, and the neighbors surrounding this house.
