I recently had noticed water where the ceiling and walls meet in my bedroom and adjoining bathroomNot knowing what could be the problem I called Black Rock since I knew the previous owner had them put a roof on my house years agoWithin a few days a gentleman named *** ** came outHe was very kind and professionalHe even took pictures with his cell phone of an issue he noticed with my chimney that he found while he was up on my roof so I could see it for myselfA few days later, the problem had been diagnosed and solvedI cant thank Black Rock and *** ** for their quick service and compassionBeing a single mom living in a home that I have to take care of is scary in and of itselfWhen a big problem occurs its nice to know that there are honest people who are compassionate and understandingThere are so many others that try to do a cheap fast repair and charge an outrageous amount of money because they know a lot of women do not really know the business and what needs to be doneThanks to Black Rock for a job well done and making me feel that they really cared about my homeI'll definitely use them again
