Over approximately the last 7-years, I have requested well over times to stop having Pinch deliveredWhen contacting the business directly, I get no response and continue having this paper thrown into my yardThis has been an ongoing and chronic problemI have not received a copy in years, and just today had one thrown in my yardI don't know how I can be more clear: I DO NOT want their productI don't want to have to remove their trash from my yard and throw it away every single week

I have called several times and stop by the Spokesman Review and ask them to stop throwing the PINCH newspaper in my drive wayI am not a subscriber, nor do have any interest in their newspaperI do not want any goods or services from themI have never been a subscriberAt this point I consider it harassmentThey littering in my driveway ever week after I have asked them to stop

In January The Spokesman Review offered me a one year subscription renewal which I agreed and paid for the yearIn September, they notified me that the length of the subscription was shortened by monthsWhile I was disappointed, I was fine letting it go and not doing business with a company that could not complete what they had agreed to doNow I have received a bill because I did not notify them that I did not want the product that they said would be stoppedThis practice of intentionally offering a service at a bargain rate and then switching rate before the stated expiration is disheartening from a local company

The Spokesman Review has a new policy to not credit a customer if they put a hold on the paper for less than days That means that they are now charging the customer for a service not rendered This is theft I am a business man and I am not able to charge my customers for items or services they did not receive

The Spokesman Review delivers a paper called the Pinch with company ads every TuesdayI have called to have this stoppedI have called close to timesEach time they say they will stop the paperIt might stop for few weeks or a few months then it starts up againI call again to to stop itMost recently was May The paper again was delivered May I do not know what else to doThe company refuses to stop the deliveriesMy concern is when I am traveling on business or pleasure, the papers will pile up and indicate that nobody is home

On 12/29/we paid the Spokesman Review $for a week subscriptionThis was a continuation of a Groupon deal that they agreed to acceptThe newspapers subscription rates have changed and they want to end our deal months early and charge us more money for the subscriptionIt seems illegal to sell a product under a contract and then later decide to charge more than the agreed upon pre-paid price

The spokesman review owns and distributes The Pinch I have contacted them at least times asking for their publication NOT to be deliveredI've stressed that I am frequently out of town and the multiple publications pile up in both of my drivewaysI was told I am on a "do not deliver" listYet I continue to receive their publicationMultiple messages to management have not yielded results

The employee said they have the option of raising rates anytime they wantShe claimed their expenses had gone up and they had the right to do what they did, so now I owe them $or I will be cut offHow can they get by doing this to faithful subscribers? I know everybody's expenses have gone up! I received NO S Security cost of living raise this year because my Medicare premium went upMy electric bill, gas, phone, auto and homeowners insurance are upFood prices are up too

For about months This company has, and continues to throw onto my driveway and advertisement called The PinchI have called them repeatedly asking, then demanding that they stop throwing their trash onto my propertyTwice I spoke to a delivery superintendent, as well as several persons answering the phone at the delivery desk, and have been assured that they would stopThey not only have not stopped, today they scattered the paper all over my driveway, requiring clean up on my partI also have to pay a garbage fee in order to get rid of their trash

I have requested "The Pinch" not to be thrown onto my private property on many occasions over the yearsThe first request this year was in mid-JuneI was told to wait a couple of cycles, as it may take time for the carrier to complyI waited two delivery cycles as the carrier continued to be throw "the Pinch" onto my private propertyI called again on the July 13, The paper continued to comeToday, July 17, 2017, sure enough, there was the paper at the end of my drivewayI have requested the courier return and pick it up--- to no availIn years past, I have told the Spokesman Review to keep off my propertyApparently, they feel entitled to trash my land with their advertisingI think I may have to file a restraining order against them, if that is possibleIf advertisers are allowed to do this, can you imagine what everyone's property would look like? I have been receiving "The Pinch" newspaper, which is distributed by the Spokesman ReviewI do not want to receive "The Pinch." I have called the Spokesman Review customer service FIVE times, telling them I do not want to receive itEach time they told me they would take my address off the delivery list, and each time the Pinch showed up again the next weekWhen I called them the fifth time, I told them I would contact the Revdex.com if I continued to receive the PinchI am continuing to receive itThis poses a security issue when I am away, with newspapers in my driveway signalling that I am not home

I understand price increases but this shortened my PAID IN FULL subscription by full months! AND I have a silly bill for something that was NEVER disclosed when I signed up for a year! I respectfully request that you either extend my subscription to March AND remove the $fluff fee OR refund me $for the months I paid for and again, remove the $fluff fee This is terrible customer service and it's too bad, as we really like our excellent carrier and t

This company refuses to stop throwing there advertising garbage on our property, we have asked many times to stop this and for them to clean them upThey litter the city with these and it has to stop

My Husband and I have subscribed for many yearsy husband worked fore the Company for over years I purchase a subscription on a by yearly bases(WeeksJanuary I renewed my subscription as usualI received a card from them stating they are raising their rates Dollars a weekThat wasn't the problemIt also said my renewal date would change to November 4thI called and was told they didn't go by contract and they were very sorryI said I paid for weeks and that it was not right to except my payment for weeks then short me three monthsThis is just wrongIt just like stealing from meI do feel violated for sure!

I subscribed to the Spokesman-Review in Nov after being assured that my paper would be delivered to my front porch as I am handicapped It was not so I called and the problem was fixed My daughter used my snowblower on Dec 28, and the newspaper that was thrown on my front walkway and buried in the snow almost ruined the snowblower when it got picked up by the blower I called and cancelled my subscription and asked to not be contacted ever againIn Jan I received a letter from the paper asking me to return as a customer I called and was assured that I would be wiped out of their database-even my email address Today 02/23/I got an email from them PLEASE REMOVE contact means NO CONTACT

I am deeply frustrated with the promises that the Spokesman Review will cancel the delivery of the pinch and other bundles that are dumped in my yardI have contacted them nine times in the last three years, and four of these were within the last five weeks
Their assurances that this will stop are just empty promisesThe Spokesman's cancellation measures are clearly a ruse
I am opposed to such flagrant littering (not to mention the wasting of resources), and am concerned that when I am out of town, these papers announce my absence to others
The city has offered no recourse, suggesting that I turn to social media to get attentionI don't want attention; I want this unwanted litter to stopA quick internet search reveals that this is not an isolated problem
This week I asked that they have the carrier come back to collect the pinch off of my porch in hopes that this inconvenience might help them remember to avoid my addressBut this too has fallen on deaf ears

On July I filed a complaint (complaint #***) regarding unwanted weekly delivery of the Pinch to my driveway They responded with their usual - we'll stop delivery, and my only option through your complaint system was to close the complaint They stopped delivery for one week, which is typical of their response to my previous repeated complaints, but this morning the Pinch was tossed in my driveway again This unwanted delivery is garbage to me, and this company continues to throw their garbage in my driveway
