The vehicle was towed by Newport Police for 72 hour parking. Towed on 8/3/15 and wan't picked until 8/10/15. So the charges are:Tow: $95.00Labor: $100.00 because we had to dollie it because it sits very low to the ground

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Their response is full of inaccuracies, excuses, and outright lies and not one single apology. We didn't ask for a call, we were promised one. We were called after the driver had been here (without a call, without any attempt to let us know the driver was here), the employee who called was rude, unprofessional, brusque, unhelpful and accusatory. We asked for a supervisor and were told she was it; period. Now there were two people working at that time?I have paragraphs of complaints about the rudeness, lack of respect and professionalism, but realize spelling them all out does nothing but upset me. This company doesn't appear to care how a CUSTOMER was treated only that they still are accredited by the Revdex.com. Perhaps they should read their online reviews and complaints ([redacted] reviews for example) to show this is a well known and documented problem with this employee. The don't want to acknowledge the problem, fine. We know a WHOLE lot of people.
