I purchased a pair of pink sock fendi sneakers. I wore them for second time. It started raining. Sneakers got wet and when dried it had black dark marks on sneakers. I called fendi store explaining what happened. I was told to take pictures to send them to fendi. After they received pictures they check and found the transaction in their system. I was told to take the merchandise to the soho store. They took the merchandise and I was told to allow 4 to 6 weeks for repairs. On 9/6/2022 I received a call from Brandon at soho store that they could not repair my sneaker. As per Brandon tried to tell me that I washed the sneaker in the washer machine. I was very upset. I asked for supervisor spoke to Marie who was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I paid over 8 hundred for a pair of fendi sneaker to be told that I was taking a lost. This is how fendi treats valued customers. I would totally understand if fendi said that its nothing they could do about the sneaker. However have an inaternative. Example a store credit, or meet me half way. As a loyal customer to be told that I am out of 8 hundreds dollars.
This is unacceptable! I am quite sure there are others this happened too.

I purchase a bag from the The fendi store Thats located in Saks on 5th Ave, the bag started turning colors, took bag back to store now you guys are telling me it can't be fix unacceptable these bags cost too much money for you ALL not to fix or replace, it's funny how when you go to buy a purchase everyone is all over you ,then when you go for a problem know one once to look at you!
