Review: I often take Fenix car service from [redacted] to my job in [redacted] and they constantly are ripping me off. Most of the times I pay 18 or 20 never more then that but this morning they charged me $28.00!! Which is a total rip off, I called the base and he confirmed that the rate should have been $18.00 shortly after calling the driver back and going back and forth with him he comes back on the line to tell me its 28.00. He did not have a response when questioned as to why the price changed all of a sudden. Their prices should be published as it appears that the drivers are making their own prices.Desired Settlement: A refund should be processed for my overpayment
