I looked at the place on [redacted] in Muncie,In paid my deposit after renting a vehicle and driving hours from IlIt was little small, which I can work withThe place was still not cleaned up from last move out,and I was told then by landlady they had a little more work to doI packed everything got to Muncie na dcalled her from cellphone and was told she would be a little ate but go ahead and move my things inI did and the place was filthy stillThe oven has God knows what baked in it,I have scrubbed the walls with bleach around the stove and cant' get that cleanThe fridge magnet is covered in mildewIt is awful, and I have been at this hours a day for my first month.The cold air air return vents in the kitchen was filled with trash, and I don't have a shop vac which is needed On top of that the window in the kitchen has a broken spring,which she said she knew about and had a window guy to come out and take a look at itThat was weeks ago,today is June3,The city was outfront and the water was being worked on,no warning, but it ws a good thing they were because I called to warn her about the possible fine with grass over 8-highIt was cut my first week hereThat was the last time until approximately May 30thThis is a slumlord operation to the nth degree so far,they are very nice people though Unfortunately I am on a year's lease, but I would not renew it which is a shame becase my neighbors are very nice
I have been a tenant for years, finix has owned this house for aproximatley of those yearsThe in case of emergency number has been changed or disconnected, that is inexcusable, there could be a no heat problem, or frozen pipes etcI have also called the office phone number and got no answerI have never been late on rent payment, whats up? Don't you value me as a good tenant? Im as good as it gets, and they know itI don't get itMy name is ***, you know who I am and you need to address my issuesThank you!
Fenix property management is absolutely horrible. Kristi was our property manager when we moved in last July she seemed very nice until we got the keys. There was a window upstairs that was broken that was to be fixed within the first week that we moved in. It never got fixed until December but that's only because the actual property owner sent someone out. There was never any communication or anything from fenix after we got the keys. We are getting ready to buy a house on contract and moving within a month and she never even returned the security deposit after they decided to just up and quit on the property owner and they lost our December rent in the process too. They need to be shut down completely.
