Dear MS [redacted] ,In February Mr [redacted] contacted Fenn Termite & Pest Control, Inc(Fenn) to inspect his home located at [redacted] **At that time, evidence of drywood and subterranean termites was identified and Mr [redacted] authorized Fenn to perform treatment in the amount of SHe also elected to purchase the Annual Termite Control service for his home in the amount of $275.The Annual Termite Control service is an insurance to cover against additional Costs of termite treatmentOnce purchased, the property is covered through a set dateMr [redacted] ' coverage expires June 30th of each yearA letter is mailed by Fennprior to the renewal dates to serve as a reminder to contact our office to schedule the inspection and reflects the renewal priceMr [redacted] renewed his policy in April and spoke with the department manager who further explained the process to him at which point he provided payment for services renderedThe renewal notice was generated and mailed in March and the inspection scheduled in May at which point payment was due.Following the inspection, Mr [redacted] disputed the charge and a copy of his original signed agreement was provided to him and an email outlining that when the renewal inspection is completed, payment is due at that time and that preventative treatments are not covered by the policy

The response from Fenn termite control is not satisfactory because they did not acknowledge that they received our **ney for the annual contract 2015-2016 which covered their services until end of June 2016 and their last inspection was on May 2016 which is within the paid period. Despite the fact that we canceled our contract with them for 2016-2017 on June of 2016 due to their inadequate service and their refusal to apply treatment for the infested areas we canceled our contract with them. Although no services was provided for 2016-2017 still they charged us for the canceled contract 2016-2017 and referred us to their collection agency and damaged our credit report. Eventually we had to hired another termite control company on December of 2016 and paid them to apply needed treatment for the damaged and infested areas that was ignored by Fenn termite control. Based on our experience with their inadequate services, We do not recommend Fenn to our neighbors and friends.[redacted]
