Approx month and a half ago I paid $ [redacted] some odd dollars to replace my brake controller, trailer receptacle, and the actual plug on my trailerYesterday, Sept with the rain, I noticed that the brake controller was flashing intermittently a code (only once in awhile)I stopped by Fennel RV and asked if they would not mind applying the emulator to confirm that there were no error'sAfter seeing that there were no error's the gentleman doing the diagnostic started telling me that I had no idea of what I was doing and to read the manual before making any adjustmentsBeing polite I asked the gent to please do not speak down to meWell things went downhill from thereSo I went inside to explain my discomfort of how I was being treatedI allowed the gent to state his side of the story first fully expecting (as the customer) I would get an opportunity to say my pieceInstead the first question out of the apparent owner's mouth was " Did he pay for the diagnostic???? NO then OUT" And the owners' mannerisms did not change when I tried to explain my side In closing regardless of the amount of money I dropped there previously, I will never darken their doorway, unless I was to receive an apology, as misunderstandings happen I would be happy to show up face to face to discuss this further
