Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is by far not the truthI did speak with the GM after getting the run around from him by email and text for weeks on why he had not got back with me! He did tell me he had not yet got Ana newer from his associates on why they treated us the way they didHe also said he did review what tape they did have which was only in their finance room, and he stated himself they should not have treated us the way they didThey also did not get us a better rate, theThe pre approval letter I took in, which is when I also told them to NOT run our credit other then sending it to [redacted] *** [redacted] has also sent me a letter stating Fenton’s Ford of ada has requested a higher amount the the actual purchase price of the vehicle by about 2K dollarsWe were in the dealership for a lot longer then an hourThe GM stated when he called me he was very disappointed by his team, but did state sell wasn’t going to close their doorsHe did offer to buy the truck we just purchased from another dealership, and to put us in the one we originally inquirerd about at his dealership and I declinedBecause there was no way fenton Ford would get our business, and they will not get any other business from anyone I know Espicaly after the response given here, that they tried fixing this with us, bevaue they did notI have sent off letter to creditors they sent my credit to and am still currently working on getting these unorthied inquiries off my report , bevauE when we first entered the dealership we told them DO NOT run our credit other then to [redacted] ***Once all of this happened and I called back they stated we signed a paper and they could do whatever we want with your credit after thatThey were never nice and tried screwing us over from the get go, by changing the price on the truck Sincerely, [redacted]

I have spoken to the consumer We video all of our transactions I went back and researched it and she talked to us about getting a better rate She signed the authorization form to run her credit We got her a better rate We reduced the truck down to cost and we offered her a service contract She decided not to do the deal She and her husband were here for an hour
