I am rejecting this response because:It is completely untrue and the only buyers remorse I have is trusting this dealership with my business. Everything wasn't explained to me the way their respone states it was. I know I was lead on the whole way of this...
entire deal I have text messages between the sales managers and myself to prove it. I told them numerous times I didnt want the suspension lowered. The only thing I agreed to was putting a low profile tire on the van. After they did all this they said the only thing they could do is swap the van out which was a lie because when I went to swap it out the sales manager said no we had to do a trade in and get the van they had for over a month appraised so they basically forced me to keep a van that rides very bad because of the work they did to it !

Nissan got the miles wrong on her warranty and they reinstated her warranty. It has been resolved.
