Fentronics

*** *** and Fentronics installed a variety of television and audio equipment in our home Last year, an expensive and important component failed after just a few months of Fentronics purchase and Fentronics installation
Late last summer (2015), Mr*** removed the component and assured us the equipment was still under warranty and would be repaired and replaced The TV does not work without this failed component To date, the equipment is not repaired, not replaced and Fentronics is non-responsive
After now several months of my trying, Mr*** and Fentronics will not return multiple calls, texts and emails requesting follinformation on the repairs/replacement of the equipment
Bottom line - equipment and serve was paid for in It failed shortly thereafter Fentronics assured repair/replacement of the equipment Fentronics has failed to abide by their promise, failed to provide working equipment and service, and is non-responsive to multiple c
