I am very unhappy with fepblue vision care. It has been one moth since my glasses were ordered. I have spoken with representatives of Davis Labs several times and I still do not have my new glasses. I have had several excuses but, still no glasses. I am very disappointed in this insurance that was offered to us as retired military. It is not worth the all the problems with no results. No stars would be more appropiate.

Today I received a claims check in the mail for my wife’s claim, that I submitted in January of the year.  I had been trying in vain to get help from someone in the OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, the BENEFEDS OFFICE of our U.S. Government, set up SPECIFICALLY to help people like me…..Federal employees and retired Federal employees, with our health insurance and other " benefits.” I got electronic messages, invitations to call a toll free number that WAS NOT toll free for members like me, who live overseas.  I wrote to my congressman, wrote to FEB BluVision……and then I calll the professionals……Revdex.com. I have used the outstanding services of the Revdex.com numerous times (at LEAST FIVE) over the past 48 years of my government service, for many reasons, and your team ALWAYS came through! THANK YOU……and God bless! Warm regards, [redacted] p.s.  I m NOT satisfied with BlueVision but I am locked in to their “services” until November this year…..another "benefit" of my Government for its employees!  Their failure to respond to my NUMEROUS requests for help (I quit counting at FIVE) as well as their most recent correspondence, that included a check, yes, but absolutely nothing more in way of explanation, apology, etc., I believe they DID NOT serve me in good faith, forget PROFESSIONALLY!  So you can close my case with them now and I thank your profusely [redacted]……but PLEASE….do not say the customer was satisfied as I am far from it!  I GOT what thy owed me…..nothing more!
