We will be more than happy to assist this customer with proper documentation of his claim. All of our vehicles go through a strict service check list and repairs are made as neededThis is done through a third party shop not employed by usIt is possible that this clients service
shop is trying to sell him a bill of goodsOur service report shows no sign of this vehicle needing a rack and shows all brakes front and rear at 8mil which are way above averageWe and the customer agreed to pay for half of the climate module which
came to $To my knowledge this has been paid if it has not we will do so immediately. What we will not do is pin one service shop against anotherWe would be happy to assist this
customer as it is our pleasure to do so He must call his sales rep so we can get this resolved

This car lot was misleading, very dishonest, and completely rude Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life in business I worked with Kevin the Sales manager and Brett the owner of this place They both lied to me Neither seemed to care We were in contact first by phone several times Which they described the vehicle in great length because they knew I was traveling from Wisconsin to come see it They sent pics Pictures were very misleading in the way they were taken Left out all the problems of this vehicle They are crooks as far as I'm concerned That is why I am leaving this review so nobody else waste thier time like we didI went the extra mile to check into the vehicle's background like car fax, history records, maintenance, etc That part was correct However, after a long few days of driving, taking time off from work, dropping our children off to the sitters for a few days, $in tolls, $in gas, hotels, food, and 10+ hours in the car with my wife You think it.would be as described by the owner as flawless If it was a perfect vehicle it wouldn't be on my lot BULL*** This thing was so far from perfect It was crap Broken pieces, missing pieces, ripped leather seats, stained interior, cracked bumber, scratches all over, and on and on We got thier and noticed all this within minutes When I asked Kevin why he never informed me of any of these issues he said he didn't think they were deal breakers His exact words He also went on to tell my wife and I (what did we expect)? It was a used vehicle I expected it to be a very nice used vehicle as described by you and the ownerHe then when on to say that he could find flaws in our vehicle if we wanted him to inspect it This guy had alot of nerve We didn't even take it.for a test drive This guy was so rude and appealing we were done My wife was shocked at how well behaved I acted She couldn't believe that I didnt hit this guy Never once did he apologize to us Instead he said he didn't know so many things were wrong or deal breakers He has been selling cars for years and could see the back bumber was cracked all over because the color of the vehicle was SilverThis place is SCAMMERS, CON-ARTIST, LIARS, MISLEADING, DISHONEST I wrote this by taking time out of my busy days so nobody else would be cheated If coming from a far distance, please reconsider I would hate for you to waste a trip, time and money like we did Instead of coming home with a new vehicle We came home with a story and time spent togetherPRICELESS

I purchased a Dodge Ram today which is november 30th dispite the bad reviews by others, I had an amazing experienceI had sales person BrandonLove the attitude and knowledge of the particular vehicle I was purchasingI knew a lot of info on it but his info matched what I knew which added to me knowing that he knew what he was talking aboutoverall I had an in and out experienceDidnt take forever like most placesThere was no issues with the vehicle at the dealer and none when I got home after a 4hr 30min drive backI love my new truck and their service

Please let this statement serve as our official position of complaint # [redacted]. The facts of this complaint are these. This customer purchased this vehicle on May 1 in its "as is where is" condition. This customer did not...

pay for this car in full until May 16th documents show that to be fact. Payment for this car that was only $2700 was delayed for 15 days far beyond our policy and ebays of 7 days. This customer then would not pay our and our states associated title fees as disclosed on the final purchase order. After more negotiation we agreed to pay them for him. Retail price on this car was $3995 We discounted this vehicle %35 to earn a customer as well as serviced this 25 year old car for him as well arranged to have this old car shipped to him at our dealer cost. There is no visable rust on this car, it was collector owned and we have 100 photos of this car in our database to verify. This customer from [redacted] purchased a 25 year old car from the north where it snows. Its an old car. Our records show that this customers bid history dating back as early or earlier than April 11. This customer had multiple weeks to perform due dilligance, have the car inspected, fly to ohio and look himself and make a decision. He declined to do so. He bought a nice car. As a reputable dealer with 5 stores in our auto group we want our customers to be happy. Here is what we will do. This customer bought this vehicle so cheap we will buy it back for the $2700 upon receipt of the car and the title at our dealership. He bought a very nice car that we would be proud to own again. We had a fabulous experience during the entire car buying process! Tom M's knowledge of the vehicle was very extensive. He seemed to anticipate every question that we had and waited patiently for us to ask it. There were no high pressure sales tactics for us to decide immediately. We were encouraged to go on a second test drive so that we both could experience the drive before we made our decision. Jennifer B. made the financing piece go smoothly and she explained everything clearly. We will certainly recommend Motion Autosport to our family and friends! We love our new car!

In responce to complaint number ID[redacted]. Our position and offer stands. At no time has our dealership, website, or photos attempt to deceive, defraud or missadvertise the vehicle in question. At no time where misrepresentations or alegged lies made because underbody condition was never discussed. Our description is accurate of a $2000, 25 year old vehicle from ohio where it snows. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There is no exterior rust anywhere on the car. Any rust or underbody corrosion is typical of a 25 year old car from ohio where it snows. We do not photo the underside of vehicles unless requested by the buyer. At no time did this customer ask us to take underbody photos. At no time did he ever ask us to put the car on a lift for a pre purchase inspection. We understand that States where it does not snow such as [redacted] have cleaner undersides than ohio cars. That certainly does not mean we lied or concealed. If this customer has another another agenda as to why he is making a frivalous claim on a cheap car that is 25 years old from a state that it snows in he is encouraged to call me at our dealership so we can try and make him happy. Via fax you will find our email communications with this customer from day one, the purchase and closing dates, as well as this customers bid history with first date of interest in this car dating a month prior. This is our final position on this matter.

I bought a 2011 mini cooper about a year ago....big mistake. this was my first nice car ive ever had and I worked hard to get it. the test drive was good the faculty was nice (of corse, they are trying to get thousands of dollars from you). 4 months later im replacing parts on my car I shouldn't have to for another year at least! the very least. brake pads, clutch, you name it at this point. once I got it evaulated I realized they never had anyone actually open her up inside to see if everything is still good. they just figured well it drives alright enough now , lets sell it. the owner did not care he put all the blame on me and denied that they overlooked anything and couldnt admit that maybe he and his buisness werent perfect all the time, he said he would try to help with the THOUSANDS of dollars I have spent so far. he never called me back STILL, he was extremely rude and dismissive. I had to call 3 times before talking to someone who could pretend to help me. granted I was very upset because had I known I was going to blow loads of cash on this car a few months later I would have never got and just had bought a new car. nice guys at first, but hire someone to really give your car a good lookover before you buy from this arrogant dealership

I have had nothing but the most pleasant experiences at Motion Autosport! Ive done business with them multiple times in the past, and every time they go out of their way to get me exactly what I want, at the price I want, with the payments I want. Tom M has gone out of his way MULTIPLE TIMES (and even under a time crunch!) to get me exactly what I was looking for, even though it was half way across the country.
I also want to point out that Jen worked extra hard to get me a great rate, then was able to find an even better one the day I came in. Always working for the customer... something you dont find every day.
I would recommend Tom and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a car!!

correct our state does not have inspections so it is quite possible that the emergency brake on his truck was overlooked by our service departmentit does happen. Even though he bought this truck as is we would still like to assist with a good will repair. We would like to split the cost of his repair on his truck at his local dealership with a proper receipt submitted to us. If this is not acceptable
 this customer is welcome to bring his vehicle in to us and we will make the repair to his vehicle at our expense where he can enjoy our Television and a cup of coffee in our customer lounge. Thank you. Motion Management
